In this project, the idea was to make the home feel like a slow, quiet place to come back to. The mood starts in the corridor. Grey concrete blocks are stacked into a planter bench beside the main door. Through the door you see a lit stone niche with a single sculptural branch, framed like a small gallery piece.
Inside, the walls are finished in a hand-applied lime-wash texture in warm greige. It has a soft, cloudy depth that changes through the day: airy in daylight, close and enveloping at night. Large cement-grey floor tiles run through the whole flat to tie the spaces together. Deep walnut-toned carpentry adds warmth against the mineral surfaces.
Nestled in the serene, leafy enclave of Elite Park Avenue, our interiors for these 3 storey freehold terrace homes breathe new life into 4,100 sq ft residences.
